American gun laws are crazy, that is why there are so many unnecessary deaths, I think that at least it is a small step in the right direction! 🤷‍♀️💥🔫🚫🙅🤦‍♀️

That is ridiculous... more deaths occur from many other things than guns... and most Gun situations are caused by Gang Violence, or Mental Illness. Untimely and Unnecessary Deaths are not caused by legal gun owners... More deaths caused via Automobiles. Then anything else...

This is clearly a very slanted story.

It doesn't interfere with commerce, it only applies to Washington State and their citizens. Nevertheless, it will be judged like bump-stocks Garland v Cargill where "cute" legal semantics and wording was their shield for their 6-3 decision. Where every pitch is a strike even when you hit the batter.

This wa law is bullshit so thank god for those 27 ags trying to overturn it. As a washingtonian, no one voted for that law to be passed. It just happened over night. They legally cannot create or change laws without the public voting for the new or changed laws. The public doesnt get to vote in washington state. So many laws get created or changed without our knowledge until its too late. And I guarantee that washingtonians do not like this law unless your probably from Seattle. The stupid thing is Seattle gets like 10 representatives, while the rest of the state gets 1 for every other county. Its very unfair. Only Seattle is democratic, but the rest of the state is conservative. If we change the voting jurisdiction by municipality instead of mutlicounty jurisdictions, my statement would actually be proven.

Washington State is a corrupt one party state, has been since mail-in voting became the norm. Witness the repeated recounts in the Rossi Gregoire election. King County magically finds votes. We all know how what the game is.

So why do Liberal states like Washington constantly file briefs against conservative states when they have cases pending?

Don't give me the bull that this is about lives. Liberal states interfere constantly in conservative states also.
