Anti-War Protesters Flood Central London Over U.S.–Israel Strikes on Iran
Thousands of protesters marched through central London demanding an end to U.S. and Israeli military strikes on Iran as the war enters its second week.
The demonstration, estimated at around 5,000 participants, moved through the city toward the U.S. Embassy in London, where crowds chanted “Stop the bombing now,” according to reporting cited by Al Jazeera.
The protest reflects growing public reaction across Europe and the United States following the escalation of military operations against Iran. Demonstrations have also appeared in several other cities as tensions continue to rise.

Organizers framed the march as an anti-war demonstration calling for an immediate halt to strikes and urging Western governments not to expand the conflict.
Authorities in London had already anticipated large protests near diplomatic sites including the U.S. embassy, with additional police patrols planned around the demonstrations.
The protests come as the war between Iran and the U.S.–Israel alliance intensifies, with continued bombing campaigns and retaliatory threats raising fears of a wider regional conflict.
