The point is to normalize violation of Posse Commitatus, and either cow everyone into fearful submission, or trigger actual violence setting off extreme Military vs. Citizenry counter response. The most powerful path the citizenry can take is to continue to very visibly resist and take the knocks handed out by the military acting on behalf of this Demon Regime without violent retaliation. Nature tends to make us want to burn them all down, but because we in reality don't have the capacity to win by overwhelming civilian force of arms, we must win the propaganda war by continuing to visibly resist absorbing abuse and failing to be baited into violence.
On the other hand, there may be points in which we truly human among the people might benefit from successionist behavior on the part of governors and mayors acting against these monster kidnappers with local police action. The SCOTUS, Congress and POTUS are all actually traitors and must at some point be held accountable and treated as such.
I mean really: you have to explain HOW your invoking the 5th amendment is necessary? Explain to me how that doesn't defeat the purpose. The entire constitution has been effectively turned into loopholes you could kick a soccer ball through if the constitution were a t-shirt. I consider this treason by all 3 branches of government at the federal level. The people must reclaim and rebuild the government.
