Breaking: Bannon’s NAZI Salute? – When Fascism Stops Hiding
CPAC just gave the far-right its loudest megaphone yet
Steve Bannon isn’t subtle. He doesn’t have to be. When he took the stage at CPAC 2025, the crowd roared, drowning in the swamp of their own delusions. Then, in a moment that should be shocking but isn’t anymore, Bannon threw up a salute—one that looked eerily similar to a Nazi gesture. Call it a "coincidence," call it "misinterpreted," but history calls it something else: fascism with a wink and a nod.
This is the same Bannon who, as head of Breitbart, proudly turned the site into the “platform for the alt-right,” a breeding ground for white nationalist rhetoric. The same Bannon who cozied up to European fascists, from France’s Marine Le Pen to Hungary’s Viktor Orbán. The same Bannon who trafficked in dog whistles so loud they might as well be sirens.
The reaction? Outrage from the usual corners—progressives, Jewish organizations, and democracy defenders—while the MAGA faithful ate it up. Bannon followed it with an even wilder proclamation: Trump should have a third term. You know, because democracy is for suckers.
Compare this to Elon Musk’s own questionable salute last month at a Trump rally. Musk, the billionaire memelord, got a gentler media treatment. “Awkward gesture,” they called it. “Misunderstood.” Meanwhile, white supremacists celebrated him, regardless of intent. Bannon, on the other hand, isn’t hiding behind irony or tech bro “oopsies.” He’s openly laying the groundwork for an authoritarian future.
This isn’t just about one salute. It’s about a movement that doesn’t need the dog whistles anymore. The quiet part is being screamed from the main stage at CPAC. The only question left: How long before we stop pretending this isn’t exactly what it looks like?

The next Right Wing schmuck who pulls out the nazi-hello should be a free for all for the press. Every press needs to ramp up the coverage on the Trump disaster that is unfolding now. He hasn't even mentioned inflation yet he is busy destroying the Federal Govt. We are not going to see the next foreign attack coming nor will see the next virus fly across the ocean. Forget catching the next mad-cow or other animal to human disease. But we all hope MAGA catches it first......
Bannon is a danger to America
