I’d like to see more of that. Stand up to these Nazis.

Marie Riverton's avatar

Need it everywhere

Talvi’s Mom's avatar

Well there’s days I don’t stand too well but I get right up in a Nazi face. Once up I’m hard to knock down. So where’s that grill you need me in?

Tristan's avatar

You actually will, trying to get this out to as many news outlets as possible, but 3 other military bases are staging walkouts next week, including Ramstein High School, Kaiserslautern High School, and Humphrey High School

Marie Riverton's avatar

oooo! Tristan, if you catch the story and you don't mind, let me know!

serghiy's avatar

…hahahahahaha Germany does, but NOT america!

cozettee rousell's avatar

Patch jr high school is on a military base in Germany. These are US students. Their parents are either in the military or working for the US GOVERNMENT. Reading comprehension is essential

robin Robinette-Powell's avatar

There's so much we can learn from kids like these. I hope when and if they return to America they keep their fighting spirit to stand up against what they do not agree with. I do kinda feel bad for their teachers and parents this administration is the type that will take names and dole out some sort of retribution

Erin Toth's avatar

Thank you for clearing that up!

serghiy's avatar

…i didn’t read the article, not to mention it’s not changed merits on my comment

cozettee rousell's avatar

They are not German students….

PJ Schuster's avatar

I understood that from the get go.

Dean Bohan's avatar

That only depends on which Americans. Approximately 1/7 of this country is pro Nazi. The rest want those Nazis locked up or dead.

Marie Riverton's avatar

we need that 6/7ths of the country to start screaming

Dean Bohan's avatar

I’m screaming. I’d scream a lot nastier if I didn’t think the fascist police today would be breaking down my door.

serghiy's avatar

..how the hell you figured 1/7 ?

Dean Bohan's avatar

Divide 50 million MAGAts into the population of the United States of 350 million. You do the math.

serghiy's avatar

…how the fuck did you figure it out “50 million”?

Dean Bohan's avatar

Jesus Christ dude, you must have been a bed wetter or something. After this go bother somebody else. Trump got 75 million votes but just after one month of fucking up the country, 1/3 of those voters if not more WILL NOT vote for Trump at all after realizing how badly they’ve been conned. Do your own research and quit bugging me.

Wasroger's avatar

Hope you’re wrong. That number seems awfully high. But I guess our education standards have fallen a lot.

Sharon Flynn's avatar

The current administration does not have the support of many of us who know history and understand the dangers of facism,an unchecked executive branch, and the self serving perspective of 47’s party. He believes he can have anything he wants even at the expense of our citizens or our former allies. He is isolating us and it is dangerous. The world is not his oyster. Nor should it be. He is here to serve the American people, but is doing a poor job and will reduce the quality of life for all but the wealthy. Wait till you can no longer afford food or housing and find there are no backups. He is not here to serve this country.

Talvi’s Mom's avatar

We need our military behind us. Then the world is our oyster…. Or our country is.

serghiy's avatar

…hahahahahahahahahaha “he’s not there to serve his country”?!? …are you mad ? …he did not run for president and “administration”?! …we don’t have government anymore, regime is in power and fun historical fact - once you install dictator peacefully you can not peacefully remove them, country that allows dictator who said he will be dictator to become dictator deserve dictator

gerkenstein's avatar

If he was a dictator youd already be in jail dipshit

Sharon Flynn's avatar

I am not mad but if you support him , well i’ll never understand it. How old are you? Ten?

Sharon Flynn's avatar

I’m talking about Musk.

serghiy's avatar

…it’s all the same, what are you going to do complain and “report” musk to the dictator he payed for ?

Sharon Flynn's avatar

Oh I agree. I never voted for him or wanted a dictator.

Sharon Flynn's avatar

What are you going to do? If anything?

Steve Eaton's avatar

Who would ever imagine a Fox News hack would be in charge of the military? Why don’t republicans use their brains when voting?

Marie Riverton's avatar

because they come from states with poor education systems and yet are voting to have the DOE defunded further?

Lisa Lisancru's avatar

He’s a “yes” man for trump, and that’s all that matters to them. They will defend him because he will put their idol above country.

BILL MURRAY's avatar

The 1st Commandment says not to

have any gods before the Lord Our God. MAGA is going down like the

Philistines .

Vicki Woods's avatar

We can only hope you’re right.

BILL MURRAY's avatar

You're assuming they Actually HAVE functioning brains 🧠. Let's just any

zombies 🧟‍♂️ hungry for brains would

die of malnutrition with Republicans.

CK's avatar

Good question.

Darcy Vidman's avatar

They are stupid yes, but really it’s just that they don’t give a shit. As long as they have their money, the whole world could burn and they’d be smiling.

Surfdancer's avatar

That’s the most tragic twist in all this- those poor white folks who are buying what Trumps admin is slinging” “vote for me and I’ll make you very very wealthy- I’ll make your women healthy again too!” Ridiculous disgusting charlatan.

Vicki Woods's avatar

Are you sure they have brains?? They’re all afraid of getting Trump mad at them cause he’ll take it out on them one way or another.

Carrie Kornetsky's avatar

You need a functioning brain to make educated choices at the voting booth. That pretty much eliminates most republicans.

Debbie Flanagan's avatar

They do not have a brain…… that’s why they don’t use their “brain”

Valerie Delingua's avatar

Pete Hegseth is a certified drunk. It's only a matter of time before he's in the bottle. Donald in only searching for unqualified addicts to fill his cabinet this time around. Donald get great pleasure watching other people suffering, and death would definitely stimulate his ultimate climax,

Michael Parker's avatar

We all need to take a note from these kids.

Ben's avatar

Especially Republican members of Congress

BILL MURRAY's avatar

These are future leaders of government taking a stand.

This is big.

As a once-army brat, this is big. This tells you that their parents are not happy with Trump and DOD Sec.

Andrea Tuthill 🇺🇸🏴🇮🇷🇨🇦's avatar

My grandson is in a DoD high school in Germany. My kids sent me a copy of the letter and are outraged! My 18 yo granddaughter voted for Kamala in her first election and Kris will be old enough to vote in 2026. The kids are paying attention!!

Christy's avatar

Is it standard practice to have the Secretary go to middle schools to brainwash???? Doesn’t he have much more important things to be doing????? 🤯🤯🤯

Wasroger's avatar

Nothing is standard practice with the current administration

K K McCall's avatar

Thank you for your service and sacrifice.

Not On My Watch.'s avatar

I wish we all could walk out. From every workplace, office, restaurant , hospital. Every place.

Marie Riverton's avatar

Yes. They have played the long game, though. Who can afford a massive walkout when you can't feed your family as it is? And because Trump has waddled in and laid out 270 odd Executive Orders with little to no pushback from the other two branches (not that he'd comply anyway), most believe there is not point. The rest don't get it and are fine with giving away their power

Dee Papa's avatar

We have to change your way of thinking…though it's very accurate. We have to eat the donut one bite at a time. Resist!

Marie Riverton's avatar

Resist at every turn.

Stacia Partezana's avatar

I think we should and have a day of fasting so no food or product is consumed.

PJ Schuster's avatar

We were supposed to do that en masse on Mar 15 #SHUTDOWN315

The Legal Edition-News's avatar

Young people see what's going on, and don't like it. Trump and company are in for a rude awakening. They have underestimated the ire of the international community, and even Americans overseas. Nowhere is this most evident than in Germany. They recognize Nazi tactics when they see it. Shameful display for Trump and his minions and very bad look for America and a shameful denigration of those who fought and died in WWII.

Laura Stevenson's avatar

Very well said, Mary Kay.

The Legal Edition-News's avatar

We have so much work to do to save this nation. It is now imperiled by a want-to-be imperial leader.

carol trueblood's avatar

Get a grip people, MIDDLE SCHOOLERS are standing up to this nonsense!!

Start getting involved!!

PJ Schuster's avatar

Everyone should be joining these 2 orgs: Indivisible & 50501 They are the top coordinators of all these protests. They are joining together for a really big protest in 50 states, 50 capitols, on 1 date…..April 5

Sharon Hendrickson's avatar

The problem with all of these republicans is, we don’t want to be told who we can be. We just want to be American! And they just need to know we are all different in one way or another. This cookie cutting sucks! I am totally in favor of telling them to stuff it and walking out.

Lisa Hoffman's avatar

ALL of their DEI targets represent only a few people. NDAA athletes - 500,000 to trans athletes - 10. The TARGET is the 14th Amendment, which for them is an abomination. They tolerate the 13th ONLY because of the slavery exemption.

Maddy Matos's avatar

These were raised with others of every nationality, religion and culture. Now trump wants to walk it backwards by removing DEI? Fuck trump and his Republican Nazi Party.

Kakesalina's avatar

My dad was in the military for 32 years. I went to a lot of schools on military posts and when I attended local schools at least half of the kids were students whose parents were in the military. We were from everywhere. Every ethnic group. Every culture. Every faith. It was such a rich cultural environment. You grow up learning your way is just a way…not the way. So, I am not surprised at the courage and perspective of these middle schoolers. I see you and I get you and I applaud you. You make me so proud!

KatieKates's avatar

Well done, young folks!!

Send Trump’s drunkard back to faux news.

Lisa Hoffman's avatar

I've seen that alot of the comments now are from Canada and GERMANY. THEY remember history and they are screaming both their support and for us to get LOUD NOW.
