Absolutely. There are corrupt people throughout. When the signers of the Constitution envisioned Congress (and the Presidency), they did not imagine it as a career, but rather as a civic duty that people stepped away from their normal lives to fulfill, then returned home. Instead, we have generational power, wealth dominance, campaigns influenced by mega PACs, lobbying money, and foreign interests. This has been building for generations. I believe we need the House to reflect the people it represents —teachers, doctors, scientists, homemakers, pharmacists, small business owners, etc. Their lived experience is essential. There are staff members who can provide the legalese. Currently, the people who decide our futures are, with rare exceptions, far removed from the daily experiences of the average person. We need engaged voters who hold their representatives accountable and passionate candidates who want to serve their communities rather than themselves.
Unfortunately, I experience the same thing in Germany too. Politicians may not be so rich here, but generally, they also have no connection to the reality of "ordinary people". Here, corruption is called "lobbying" and politicians often only think of their own advantage. They are politicians by profession, often without proper training and live only in their own bubble. Aditionally, in Germany, parties are elected at federal level, rather than individual politicians who feel committed to their voters.
I follow both crypto stocks and the USD vs other currencies VERY closely. We are in deep doo-doo and the story is being suppressed by this criminal government we have. LOOK OUT BELOW.
Perhaps the Democrats are not just the good guys after all
Are the renegade Democrats perhaps also milionaires?
Don't we need a different composition in Congress and the Senate?
More of a reflection of society?

The death of the US dollar is now on the radar screen.
I knew the Clarity Act was the way to go. House and Senate are betraying the US.
