House Democrats Probe DOJ Over Missing Epstein Interview Records
The Justice Department is now reviewing whether Epstein-related FBI interview records were mistakenly withheld — after reports revealed dozens of “302” witness summaries may be missing from the public release.
According to AP News and The Washington Post, DOJ officials confirmed this week they are examining whether records tied to allegations involving President Donald Trump were mis-tagged or left out when millions of Epstein documents were posted online.
CNN previously reported that an evidence log tied to Ghislaine Maxwell’s case listed roughly 325 FBI 302 interview records, but more than 90 of those do not appear on DOJ’s website.

The Guardian reported some of the withheld memos include unverified allegations from a 2019 FBI interview referencing Trump.
House Oversight Democrats have launched an inquiry, while DOJ says no documents were deleted and that redactions, duplication, or ongoing investigative protections may explain the gaps.
The central question now: were key FBI interview summaries delayed, withheld, or improperly excluded?
