Javiera Montero was arrested by NYPD after being knocked to the ground by fleeing robbery suspects, Police had mistakenly thought she was part of that group.
This was NYPD, which has nothing to do with immigration and does not enforce immigration law, ICE Agents do and were not even there.
She is a resident alien according to all the videos I've seen but one thing I have YET to see is a single ICE agent and WHY would ICE involve itself in busting a stolen cell phone ring??? Do you have ANY proof it was ICE or is this engagement farming???

What are you talking about? People wrong fully arrested gets tons of coverage and then usually a payout using tax payer funds from a lawsuit for wrongful arrest? Are you talking about 1/6 dickheads? Did you mean to say if innocent tourists are torn away from their children and arrested without cause while their children are left on the streets of big cities? Maybe you should end it differently.
