The fed agents committed the following torts against the Senator: 1) assault; 2) battery; 3) kidnapping; 4) false imprisonment and 5) IIED, with aggravated conditions. Hey Sen., Padilla: SUE them; have them pay for their own lawyers. The only action against their agencies that I can tell would be improper hiring and failure to train them BUT the torts were on their OWN volition.
We must redirect our anger towards the ballots; from small local races to big national forums we’ve got to take the country back. It might feel good to spout anger tif something physical with this energy, but ask yourself as a military officer once said “ is this the hill you want to die on”. We have a long fight ahead of us and EVERYONE is needed. Call and write Congress to respect Sen Padilla’s rights. Release him immediately!!!

Also Senator Padilla: sue the mother fucker agents who assaulted you personally through a Bivens Action in district court.
