The current Unsupreme Court is no longer a high court as it was for most of American history. It’s a corrupt political body with a majority composed of grifters, religious extremists and neo-Fascists. The unholy 6 need to be arrested and tried for their crimes. I would relocate the 3 true justices to new quarters and then have the current building imploded.
It’s time for both ethics rules and for term limits. You could usually count on them to at least know the Constitution, and to have some form of ethical behavior. There are at least 3 who have shown behavior that is completely unethical and rub it in our faces. How can they possibly make a believable decision? Many of them make their decisions by religious beliefs and not by science or medical fact. Thomas and Alito are the worst, and even if I could begin to understand the reasons for their decisions, their ethics alone disqualify them from judging anyone or anything else. Their decisions seem to be made by their own personal opinions and not by laws. The only ones I trust on that court are 3 women whose egos don’t seem to get in the way of the law and do seem to know the Constitution.
SCOTUS acquiesced to Trump’s subordination of our judicial and legislative branches to his Fascist rule. Alito and Thomas lead the corruption. In addition to their conflicts and those by other corrupt Justices, Chief Justice Roberts ignores his own conflicts caused by his wife’s business.
Guess they want the states to decide, it’s the states rights issue again, except when the state doesn’t do what the president wants, they get involved.

1. Abolish the Electoral College — one person, one vote.
2. Abolish ICE — replace it with humane immigration policy that honors human rights.
3. Ban gerrymandering with a standardized national apportionment method.
4. Two-term limits for every elected office.
5. Mandatory retirement at 70 for all elected officials.
6. Paper ballots only — end the era of hackable voting machines.
III. AN ECONOMY THAT SERVES PEOPLE
1. Restore 1950s-style progressive tax rates — when America was prosperous and fair.
2. Overturn Citizens United — corporations are not people.
3. Eliminate the Social Security payroll cap and tax capital gains for Social Security contributions.
4. $25 minimum wage indexed to inflation.
5. Medicare for All, one unified system — no A/B/C/D maze.
6. Congress receives Medicare, not boutique private insurance.
IV. WORKERS, CREATIVES, AND PUBLIC SERVANTS
1. Big pay raises for social workers, teachers, librarians, artists, and cultural workers — the people who actually hold society together.

3. Free public university education.
4. Full forgiveness of all student debt.
V. CLEAN GOVERNMENT
1. Root out corruption at every level, starting at the top.
2. Full financial transparency for every elected official, appointee, and senior bureaucrat.
3. Ban lobbying for former officeholders for life.
