He could have enforced the Constitution. Actually, the Constitution A14.3 still says an insurrectionist is disqualified from being President. And what about all the MAGAticians who either participated in the insurrection or provided aid and comfort?
The remedy is for 2/3s of each House of Congress to vote to lift the disability.
Without that vote, he isn't qualified to be President.
In hindsight sight, yeah. That was a mistake. But, we the people didn’t make enough stink about it. We should have protested loudly. Also, it would have looked politically motivated. I’m not saying I agree with that choice, but it makes sense. If I had to be the one to make that decision at that time, I would have worried the American people would have screamed “Bias!! Corrupt!!”
Biden had mass numbers of his staff, that he bragged about hiring, resign because he either refused to let them speak or dismissed them. During his tenure, he couldn’t notice the power these billionaires were exerting and speak up maybe even tax them. He sat there mute, all the while providing Israel daily supplies of weapons to commit genocide. He is leaving with so much undone, while he named to air craft carriers after Bush W who lied to start a war and Clinton. When you have the kind of bully pulpit a US President has for four years, at least stand up like a man and use it.
