My respect to the judge who finally put a stop this detestable project and made it plain this will not proceed. But for us to 'depend' on congress to make a pathway to terminating this permanently, I truly have my doubts. Trump should be REQUIRED to reconstruct the east wing just the way it was at HIS OWN EXPENSE!
