Trump DOJ Report Accuses Biden of ‘Anti-Christian Bias’ in Federal Enforcement
The Trump administration is finalizing a report accusing the Biden-era Justice Department of anti-Christian bias, putting federal law enforcement decisions under new scrutiny.
The move intensifies a broader campaign by President Donald Trump to reframe how religious discrimination is defined and enforced across the government.
According to reporting and prior releases, a DOJ-linked task force found what it described as a “consistent and systematic pattern” of discrimination against Christians during the Biden administration, citing prosecutions tied to abortion clinic protests and pandemic-era policies.
That effort stems from a February 2025 executive order directing agencies to identify and eliminate what Trump called “anti-Christian weaponization of government,” with new task forces formed across departments.

At the same time, agencies including the State Department asked employees to submit reports of alleged bias from 2021 to 2025, including anonymous complaints and internal incidents tied to religious expression.
“My Administration will not tolerate anti-Christian weaponization of government,” Trump said in the order.
The push is already facing resistance, with some officials saying there is no clear evidence of widespread discrimination and warning the reporting systems could create internal surveillance concerns.
The effort also reflects a broader shift, as Trump-era DOJ leadership and policy changes increasingly prioritize religious liberty claims tied to Christianity while redirecting civil rights enforcement priorities.
The final report is expected to shape future DOJ policy, potential legal challenges, and ongoing political disputes over religion and federal power.
Its release could mark a new phase in how religious bias claims are investigated nationwide.
