Donald Trump’s latest post on Truth Social takes his obsession with dominance to a grotesque new level. In a bizarre AI-generated video, he appears in a fighter jet labeled “KING TRUMP”, wearing a golden crown, flying over America and dumping what looks like brown sludge — or worse — onto peaceful protesters from the No Kings rallies that filled streets across the country this weekend.
The imagery isn’t accidental. Trump’s digital court calls it “satire,” but the message is crystal clear: he sees himself as a ruler above the people, entitled to soil dissenters from on high. The video dropped just as millions were marching against his authoritarian drift — and his response was to quite literally dump on America.
It’s cartoonish, yes. But it’s also dangerous. This is how autocrats use media: through mockery and spectacle, conditioning followers to laugh at cruelty and normalize contempt for democracy. The “King Trump” crown isn’t a joke. It’s a confession.
