Trump Says U.S. Strikes on Iran Won’t End Until Goals Met, Warns of More Troop Losses
President Donald Trump announced that major U.S. combat operations in Iran will continue “in full force” until all of Washington’s objectives are achieved, according to a video posted on Truth Social.
The U.S. military, operating alongside Israel, launched strikes inside Iran as part of a campaign dubbed Operation Epic Fury. So far, three U.S. service members have been confirmed killed and five seriously wounded, with Trump warning “more” casualties are likely.

Trump’s message came amid a wave of retaliatory attacks across the Middle East and heightened regional tensions. He defended the strikes as necessary to counter threats from Iranian forces, urging enemy combatants to surrender.
The conflict so far has seen high-profile Iranian targets hit and Iranian forces respond with missile and drone attacks on U.S. and allied positions.
This ongoing war has no clear end in sight, and global markets and diplomats are reacting to the uncertainty.
