America was born by rejecting kings. Yet in Congress, King Charles sounded like he remembered constitutional limits, legislative deliberation, and NATO’s loyalty after 9/11 better than Congress
I think people take a dim view of Charles, possibly for a few reasons. One manifestation of that view came either from Brian Cohen or his guest, who focused on the script Charles read, and the scriptwriters who wrote it, as if to remind that Charles himself couldn't have come up with it. And that's not unlikely true, of anyone who presents a speech. But what a magnificent speech it was. There was no place to hide, and even supporters of the princess (I used to call that person Donnie, then, the clown, and now, princess) responded with standing ovations. Will they have the nerve to put their money (literally?) where their clapping hands were? It remains to be seen.
This congress remembers, and does, nothing.
I figured it would go right over Trumps head. Seems it did, too bad he learned nothing.
