Patel had many agents and clerical staff that could have and no doubt did review his submissions as to stock disclosures. "Inadvertent mistake" are just cover-up words that I don't believe, and don't think anyone should believe. This was a deliberate cover-up until the heat died down and interest in the report went away. Patel also has a reputation as a liar.
