The Roberts version of the U.S. Supreme Court has a majority of Justices dedicated to making President Trump secure and more powerful. They have bestowed Presidential Immunity on President Trump last year. By the way, what is this based on? Certainly not the U.S. Constitution... Today is the third No Kings Nationwide Demonstrations--Perhaps the Roberts Court should reassess their recent decisions regarding a 79 year old, overweight egomaniac!

I think the loss of some respect for the Supreme Court is justified. Their ruling on Trump having "immunity" in what he does, decisions he makes. is in my mind, totally without merit or justification. Thankfully that has not met with total Supreme Court approval for everything he has done. Their request for more protection, unfortunately, well-founded. Hopefully Democrats will get an opportunity to choose new or additional judges.

I take it as a positive sign if the Court's approval rating is low. Seeing that the majority of the time the Court has protected trump, the low approval rating of the Court confirms the low approval of trump. That's good. I'll grab onto anything I can at this point!

There is no respect for the Supreme Court, they turned their back on the Constitution to protect a convicted felon.

SCOTUS is absurd. That it said a corporation is a person disqualifies it as a judicial body. Actually it is a group of royal henchmen with churchlike authority to arbitrarily define reality as they wish. That they pretend to divine the intentions of #the founding fathers# as if apostles is fatuous, and it should not require the present crises for you to see that.

Why this Supreme Court? Is the question. This Court has become partisan, no longer respected for judicial independence but viewed as a lapdog for the billionaire class. The Court needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The justices can have more physical security but hopefully the winds of independence will blow hard and sweep this court into the dustheap of history.
