A loss in moral reasoning should be expected when a rapist, pedophile, with 34 felonies is elected president for the sole purpose of avoiding prison. Educators have long been on the short end of appropriate compensation. Social workers burnout very frequently. And we’re seeing substance use clinics close down due to the Medicaid cuts. We cannot sustain 3 & 1/2 years of this.

And how do the taxpayers of the United States feel about these giveaways and expenditures of their hard-earned money? And by taxpayers, I'm clearly not including the moral vacuums that are multimillionaires and billionaires who donate/influence/bribe* the politicians and political class?

*delete according to your position on political fundraising.

If I didn't read it here, I wouldn't believe it. This is incomprehensible. Cruelty is now being rewarded. You can't make this up.

Let's take a moment to think about who those ICE applicants might be. White supremacists, racists, haters, homophobes, individuals who have either failed at or been rejected by conventional law enforcement agencies, chronic job-hoppers, bad guy wanna-be's-you can fill in the rest. I saw no mention of psychological testing, so the worst of the worst who have successfully avoided a criminal record will be in line. Leave it to the Trump administration to make terrorizing people lucrative.

Things are bad, and they're going to get worse before they get better. Because, people (especially in the Western world) tend to not take the right action, until they're feeling the burn in their own lives. The scary part about this is that it may be "too late!" So, what I "STRONGLY RECOMMEND" is that you all start engaging in "Self-care." This is the only way you will be able to survive the upheaval that we're experiencing in these troubled-times.

I want to help you with your self-care. I've written a book on the subject. It provides information on the mind-body functions and what you can do to keep both in balance. In addition, they're tools, strategies, stories, and more, to give you a comprehensive guide to healing yourself. The book is titled: My Tea Taste Much Better: How to generate positive emotional frequencies, Manage Stress, and live a happier, healthier life, by R. Jean Johnson, M.Ed. You purchase it at the link below.

Best wishes!

The economy sucks. Finding a job? Very difficult. Can’t blame those who simply need a job and benefits.
