Bradford County, PA wrote rules for data centers before a developer formally applied. Now the county must ensure private momentum does not become public inevitability.
This is another excellent article on this subject!!! Every community needs to use these articles to start their discussions and write rules and regulations!!! Thank you guys for all of your work on this important information!!!
I'm following this with interest as a Pennsylvanian living in an area under imminent threat of data center development. I'm just going to delicately point out the accompanying graphic appears AI-generated, and if so, I'll be grappling with the editorial implications of that choice.
So Americans are worried rich people will take their land, but they had no complaints when they did the same thing to Native Americans. The next thing big tech has for you is to send in ICE terrorize you, assault your women, rob you and kill you. Notice ICE has already done all these things at the behest of your federal government Karma cannot be escaped.

Thank you for the kind words...
Better to be prepared, just in case.

Point taken.
As a human being I abhor the history of my European ancestors and what they did to my Native American ancestors.
I am decendant of both.
But here I am born from no choice of my own in this land of plenty and plenty of turmoil.
I personally took no part in stealing land, raping, terrorizing or killing of any people.
But as history always proves we all must suffer the consequences of our ancestors actions.
My hope is that the future collective actions of our government as well as our citizens will eventually be better for our descendants.
