It’s curious that we discuss and debate whether or not Trump’s actions are legal, civil. correct in protocol, honest intent, good for the country, etc. Trump is interested in only one thing making money for himself, his family, and his donors. He has created an obvious pay to play society. Americans are naive and provincial if they cannot see this. The entire administration is bathed in corruption.
Trumpf doesn’t read. It’s likely that he got as far as he has, while being functionally illiterate. No real grasp of concepts such as the constitution and the separation of powers between the Executive Branch and the Legislative and Judicial branches.
The Fapweasel (Trump) wants everyone to treat him like a king, agree with him on everything, let him have his way in every situation. If they don’t, he acts like The Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland — “Off with his Head!” He is on a power trip and the entire country, and to some extent the rest of the world, is paying for it.
It would be helpful if the Courts and the Congress actually did something about the usurping of the power given to them by the Constitution. I mean besides apathy and 17th century parliamentary procedures... Using his own statements as evidence, Trump is obviously mentally and physically unstable and a call for applying the 25 amendment is in order. For fucks sake do something besides whistling past the graveyard and hoping he strokes out.
